Ladies Fighting Fit - Any 10 Classes


Fighting Fit is a ladies only class to get you fighting fit without getting hit. The focus of these sessions is to boost fitness, melt fat and tone up.
Each session is different but may include cardio boxing exercises, punch bags and pads, circuit training and partner drills.
Suitable for ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes from absolutely new to exercise to super fit.
Sessions are run  by a professional boxer so you are in safe hands.
